Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology

UK Technology - Permanent

360 Recruitment

Fully Remote

Monthly Team Meet-Ups in the South West

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

Are you an experienced Technology Recruiter who loves the autonomy of building your own market, but doesn't want to be micromanaged while doing it?

I'm working with a small, established, stable, successful specialist recruitment business that operates across Technology and Technical recruitment in the UK and internationally.

They have a small team and have built a genuinely adult, trust-based culture. Everyone works remotely, but the whole team gets together once a month in the South West for a team meeting/activity, alongside wider company trips and incentives throughout the year.

They're now looking for an experienced 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to join their growing UK Permanent Technology division.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with the talented recruiter heading up the Technology division, who has successfully built the desk over the last two years and has already billed approximately £210k this year, with ambitions to reach around £350k.

This is important though, this isn't a warm desk being dressed up as one!

You'll be developing your own area within the Technology Permanent market, so they're looking for someone who already understands their specialist market and is confident building business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll have the freedom to develop a niche you know well, win your own clients and build long-term relationships, while having the support of an established recruiter and wider collaborative business around you.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Developing your own specialist Technology Permanent market.
  • Business development and winning new clients.
  • Building and growing long-term client relationships.
  • Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Candidate sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement.
  • Building a strong candidate network within your specialist area.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team.

Who Would Suit Them?

They're looking for someone confident, trustworthy, positive, and passionate about recruitment.

You'll need previous 360 Technology recruitment experience (billing £180k +) and be comfortable developing business rather than relying on an inherited client base.

This is a fully remote business, so you'll also need to be self-motivated and happy managing your own day without someone constantly checking what you're doing.

There are KPIs, but they're realistic. Activity is logged through the CRM, and the philosophy is very much about employing experienced adults, trusting them, and giving them the autonomy to perform.
