From £26k base + uncapped commission (up to 50%)
Hybrid: 4 days in our Ocean Village office, 1 day from home (Tuesday to Thursday)
The role
Executive Integrity partners with private equity investors and high-growth businesses to place the talent that drives real value. You'll work retained executive search (CEOs, CROs, commercial leaders) alongside faster-moving project and go-to-market hires, so there are two engines to bill from and plenty of variety.

Where it goes
A clear path to Managing Consultant and Head of Section, based on performance, not time served. Six-figure earnings are realistic by year three for high performers.
