SENIOR LIFE SCIENCES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – LONDON
£40,000 - £60,000 BASE SALARY + MARKET-LEADING COMMISSION + SIGN-ON BONUS

RECSEEKERS are partnering with an internationally recognised Life Sciences recruitment business with an established London headquarters and multiple offices across the United States.
Operating across Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Clinical Research and Healthcare Technology, they’ve built long-term partnerships with some of the world’s most innovative organisations, from venture-backed start-ups to global industry leaders.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- You’ll build and grow your own specialist market, working with clients across the UK and North America.
- Supported by an established brand, international infrastructure and an experienced leadership team, you’ll have the autonomy to develop your desk while benefiting from genuine career progression and future relocation opportunities into the US.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Building and growing a specialist Life Sciences desk
- Partnering with Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, MedTech and Healthcare organisations
- Winning new business and developing existing client relationships
- Managing permanent, contract and executive-level assignments
- Building a recognised network within your chosen market
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven success within agency recruitment
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage and grow a specialist desk
- A commercially driven recruiter looking for long-term progression
- Life Sciences recruitment experience is preferred, although high-performing recruiters from other specialist markets will also be considered.
