Senior IT Recruitment Consultant
The Opportunity
Reperio Human Capital is a specialist IT recruitment agency working across Ireland and the US, with offices in Belfast, Dublin, and Tampa. We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to run their own desk in one of the fastest-growing markets in the world, with full autonomy over how you build and grow it. Whether your background is in permanent placements, contract recruitment, or both, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
- Guiding candidates through the process end to end, from interview prep to offer
- Managing interview scheduling and delivering honest, timely feedback
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates, backed by real market insight
- Winning new business through outreach, networking, and research

About You
- A proven track record in 360 recruitment, permanent, contract, or both
- IT recruitment experience is a strong plus but not essential if you've got a strong track record elsewhere
- Demonstrated success in business development and lead generation
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable building relationships at every level
