As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk within our US Technology team - developing client relationships, sourcing top talent and driving business growth across the market. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates wins together and invests in your long-term success.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate management, offer negotiation and successful placements.
- Generate new business through strategic, proactive outreach.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates across the US Technology market.
- Negotiate commercial terms, offers and contracts to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
- Drive the growth of your desk while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
🎯 What You Bring
- Proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role, with a strong track record of business development and client management.
- Experience recruiting within the Technology sector, ideally across Software Engineering, Data or AI.
- A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for winning new business and building lasting relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Ambitious, resilient and motivated to continuously develop and achieve.
