What’s the job?
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and qualifying candidates to securing placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Drive business development to grow your desk and expand our client base.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue Targets.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in recruitment is essential – ideally within engineering, technical, or FM sectors.
- Strong business development skills and a track record of winning new clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a results-driven mindset.
