As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your own market on our busy GxP contract desk - developing client relationships, sourcing top talent and driving business growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling etc.) and market intelligence
- Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
- Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job brief to successful placement
- Negotiate offers, close deals and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders
What You Bring
- Proven experience operating in a 360 recruitment role with a focus on contract/interim placements
- A sales-driven mindset - you love the thrill of the deal and take pride in your results
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment
