Lead Permanent Recruitment Consultant / Billing Manager

London | Hybrid Working

£45,000 - £55,000 Basic DOE + Uncapped Commission + Leadership Progression

Join One of the UK's Most Established Recruitment Businesses

For over 27 years, PRS Recruitment Services has been one of the UK's leading specialist recruitment consultancies, delivering exceptional talent solutions across Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Critical Engineering, Data Centres, Property, Support Services, Construction, Rail, and Professional Services.

With an established client portfolio, long-standing relationships with many of the UK's leading organisations, and an outstanding reputation built over five decades, PRS offers recruiters the platform, infrastructure, and brand recognition to build genuinely successful careers.

Due to continued investment and ambitious growth plans, we're looking to appoint an experienced Lead Permanent Recruitment Consultant / Billing Manager to help drive our next phase of expansion.

This is far more than a billing role.

We're looking for someone who thrives on winning business, leading from the front, and inspiring others to achieve exceptional results.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine leadership position for a high-performing recruitment professional who wants to combine a successful billing desk with developing and managing a team of recruiters.

  • You'll inherit warm relationships, established PSLs, and recognised market sectors, but your success will come from your ability to identify opportunities, win new clients, develop existing accounts, and create a high-performance sales culture.
  • If you're someone who enjoys opening doors, negotiating major recruitment partnerships, coaching consultants, and building a profitable division, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
