Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Harewood, Leeds. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes which include sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Additionally, the consultant will provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring alignment of roles with the right talent while maintaining effective communication. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be a key part of the role, alongside consulting on best recruitment practices.

Qualifications
- Experience in 360/180 recruiting processes
- Strong skills in consulting and providing tailored guidance to clients
- Proficiency in Interviewing and talent assessment techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proven track record within a recruitment role, preferably in one of our focus sectors
