Overview: Inuka Partners is a specialist emerging markets recruitment firm working across the renewable energy, infrastructure, and investment sectors. We partner with leading organisations to identify and attract exceptional talent across global emerging markets. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will build client relationships, lead searches, and develop a strong network of candidates across these sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing through to placement.
  • Build and grow relationships with clients across our core sectors.
  • Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates across emerging markets.
  • Advise clients on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals.
  • Develop new business opportunities and contribute to Inuka’s growth.
  • Stay close to market developments across renewable energy, infrastructure, and investment.

Qualifications:

  • Recruitment experience, ideally within the energy or investment sectors.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering successful searches.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy, investment, and emerging markets.
