Overview: Inuka Partners is a specialist emerging markets recruitment firm working across the renewable energy, infrastructure, and investment sectors. We partner with leading organisations to identify and attract exceptional talent across global emerging markets. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will build client relationships, lead searches, and develop a strong network of candidates across these sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing through to placement.
- Build and grow relationships with clients across our core sectors.
- Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates across emerging markets.
- Advise clients on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to Inuka’s growth.
- Stay close to market developments across renewable energy, infrastructure, and investment.

Qualifications:
- Recruitment experience, ideally within the energy or investment sectors.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering successful searches.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
- Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong interest in renewable energy, investment, and emerging markets.
