The role
You'll work with a broad portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for servicing and developing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and workers.

What you'll be doing:
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
- Selling service solutions and championing the Pertemps brand
- Handling inbound enquiries from prospective and existing workers
- Carrying out business-to-business sales, including telesales and onsite activity
- Interviewing and selecting Industrial candidates
- Managing key accounts, including a rotational on-call requirement
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in sales and recruitment sales
- Confidence building rapport and speaking with new people
- A proactive, tenacious approach to winning new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to learn new systems and recruitment compliance processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality of service
- Confidence meeting clients face-to-face and developing new accounts
- Basic IT skills across Excel, Word, and Outlook (full training provided)
