Senior Recruitment Consultant
Brighouse
Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000
DOE Uncapped commission + full benefits
UK driving licence required
The Role
A high-activity, full 360 position where you'll take ownership of a busy general staffing desk and turn demand into revenue. You'll manage a varied client portfolio, place candidates across industrial, commercial and engineering roles, and drive consistent business development to grow a profitable desk.
This Role Suits Someone Who Thrives In a Fast-paced Environment, Enjoys Autonomy, And Is Motivated By Building Something Commercially Strong And Will Include:
- Growing and managing a profitable general staffing desk.
- Selling, developing, and expanding business across the local market.
- Building long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
- Running the full recruitment cycle from lead generation to placement.
- Sourcing, screening, and matching candidates across multiple sectors.
- Maintaining consistent business development activity.
- Delivering a high-quality, service-led experience to clients and candidates.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support wider business performance.
