Senior Recruitment Consultant

[PERM RECRUITMENT]

Mission Critical - Engineering, Construction and Data Centres.

LOCATION: London, Vauxhall

The Opportunity

We have an opportunity at Thor for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Critical Projects Perm team.

The role has become available due to the landing of some large accounts & the huge success of the current team (made up of Consultants, Seniors & Principals). The need to now create further succession to enable our next phase of growth & keep up with demand is imperative. A critical hire at a very exciting juncture in our evolution and we will therefore hire on a combination of attitude, experience and values.

Thor is on a Mission to become the number one choice for Mission Critical Talent Solutions, globally, specialising in Data Centres.

This role will be based at our London HQ in London, with regular visits to Scandinavia, Mainland Europe & USA to meet global clients.

Our Requirements

  • Proven experience in Perm Recruitment (agency side) is a must, in Construction, Engineering and/or Data Centre’s preferred.
  • High Performer
  • Good knowledge of Perm Recruitment
  • Perm Billers from other sectors will be considered.
  • Exceptional business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts
  • A high level of commercial acumen
  • Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
