About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and employers. We work with the most exciting Global companies, embarking on complex back-office and finance transformations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Hard-working attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Previous experience in IT Recruitment (ERP is a plus).

Pay range and compensation package
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, along with a competitive uncapped commission structure (no threshold) and benefits package. OTE for year 1 around an additional £45,000 on average.
