Your new office

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join our high-performing Senior Finance team, based in either Birmingham or Leicester. This is more than just a desk move, it’s a chance to become part of a team renowned for consistently delivering top-10 performances and nurturing long-standing, high-value relationships within the Senior Finance market.

We’re looking for a commercially astute individual with demonstrable experience recruiting at the senior end of the market. In this role, you’ll contribute to the continued success of a highly respected team.

The Opportunity

What can I expect day to day?

This is a superb opportunity to deepen your external relationships and accelerate your career, with the desk regularly featuring among Birmingham’s top performers. You will form an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative Senior Finance team, working alongside highly experienced consultants, including those operating at Senior Business Director level.

Your primary focus will be to engage with key stakeholders, proactively strengthen our agency partnerships and drive trusted, long-term relationships. This opportunity will suit someone naturally inquisitive and passionate about leading in the Senior Finance space. Your ability to competitively negotiate terms of business and act as a leadership partner will be instrumental in establishing yourself as a market expert.   • Source, interview, and match high-quality candidates to roles
  • Identify and proactively partner with new and existing clients through new outreach and business development calls to build better, profitable outcomes by understanding their hiring needs and challenges
  • Manage the recruitment process by guiding candidates and Clients through the full recruitment process from taking a brief to negotiating offers
  • Be bold and curious, developing specialist market expertise by actively seeking to understand your customer’s market
