Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are expanding our successful team at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with ambitious individuals with 12+ months Recruitment experience to join our team! This role is to work on either our European, UK or US markets within our Advanced Engineering or Renewable Energy Team.

What will I be doing?

  • Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
  • Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
  • Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers
  • Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling to USA, Portugal, Sweden & Denmark, etc. to meet their clients!
