Your Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement engagement. You'll be instrumental in growing our technology recruitment function, developing strong market networks, and exceeding both personal and team targets. At our core, we believe in rewarding success. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement:
- Identify and win new clients while building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales and networking activities.

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Delivery:
- Source, assess, and engage high-quality technology professionals through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within your specialist market.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer negotiation and placement.
Market Expertise & Performance:
- Stay informed on technology market trends, talent movements, and hiring challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates by providing consultative guidance.
- Consistently achieve and exceed placement, revenue, and client satisfaction targets while contributing to team success and growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a technology vertical such as Cyber Security, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, Software Development, or related fields (even better if you have experience working for US markets).
- A proven track record of business development, lead generation, and successful candidate placements.
- Strong understanding of technology hiring trends, skill sets, and market challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional outcomes.
- A proactive, resilient, and collaborative approach that contributes positively to team culture.
- Ambition to build a successful desk and grow your career within a global recruitment business.
