Senior Recruitment Consultant — Built Environment (Perm Desk)
London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office) | Up to £40k base + uncapped commission

The Role
Join a warm, established construction consultancy desk alongside our Desk Lead. Live roles. Existing clients. Real pipeline. You won't be starting from scratch - you'll be picking up momentum and running with it, owning candidate delivery and client relationships from week one.

What You'll Do
- Own and grow relationships across a live client portfolio
- Source, screen and shortlist against active briefs
- Run interview processes start to finish and close
- Spot and win new opportunities within existing accounts, working alongside the Desk Lead
- Help drive the desk's numbers and its next phase of growth
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' recruitment experience (agency background a strong plus)
- Built environment experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
- Solid grasp of the recruitment process end-to-end
- The confidence to step into an existing desk and hit the ground running
- Trust-building instincts with clients and candidates alike
- Resilience, drive, and a genuine team mentality
- Quality over quantity, always
