Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, US Data and AI
Wimbledon, London. Hybrid, three days in the office.
£40,000 to £55,000 basic, plus commission up to 30%.
No billing threshold. Quarterly commission bands of 10%, 20% and 30%, plus annual revenue bonuses.
About the Role
Develop a specialist desk in Data Engineering, Data Science or Machine Learning and AI.
- Share vacancies and leads across London and offices in the US.
- Progress as a senior biller, without having to move into people management.
You already know how to win clients and make placements. This is a chance to do it within an established Data and AI specialist, in a UK based team recruiting into the US.

Who Suits It
An experienced 360 recruiter with a record of winning business and delivering placements.
A Data, AI or related technology background is ideal. Software Engineering recruiters with Python and Data or ML experience may also be considered.

Working Pattern
- Three days in Wimbledon, two from home.
- Typical hours are around 11am to 7pm. Some days run to 8pm or 9pm for US client and candidate calls.
I'm also keen to speak with proven recruitment managers interested in relocating to New York. The business covers visa and relocation costs, with opportunities across permanent and contract recruitment. Let me know if that’s a route you’d like to explore.
