YOUR PLATFORM TO SUCCEED
Unlike most recruitment moves, you won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll inherit two established key accounts that have consistently generated around £75,000 in annual billings each, giving you immediate access to revenue while you build your own specialist market.
From day one, you’ll be working with founders, commercial leaders and executive teams across Europe and North America, delivering retained search assignments into businesses developing technologies that genuinely improve people’s lives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll own a specialist market within Medical Rehabilitation & Mobility, developing new client partnerships, identifying exceptional talent and becoming the go-to recruiter in your niche.
Rather than competing with dozens of agencies on the same vacancy, you’ll work closely with clients on strategic appointments that genuinely influence the growth of their business.
Previous MedTech or Life Sciences experience isn’t essential. If you’ve built relationships, won business and want to specialise in a market with genuine long-term potential, you’ll be given the platform to succeed.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll have around 6–24 months’ experience in 360 recruitment and enjoy the challenge of winning business and building relationships.
Your current market isn’t the deciding factor. Ambition, commercial instinct and the desire to become an expert are.
