The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own technology desk, developing relationships with both clients and candidates across key areas of the technology market.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities
- Building and managing long-term client relationships
- Identifying, engaging and attracting high-calibre technology talent
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
- Becoming a trusted adviser within your market
- Growing your personal brand and reputation within the technology sector
What We're Looking For

- A minimum of 3 years' experience operating as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Proven experience winning and developing business
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach
- A track record of billing success
- Ambition, resilience and a desire to build a market-leading desk
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- An interest in technology and curiosity to learn a new market
You do not need technology recruitment experience. We can teach you the market. We can't teach ambition, drive and a genuine passion for building relationships.
