The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering across permanent and contract vacancies while developing long-term client and candidate relationships focused on delivering outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement qualification to placement
  • Sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-calibre candidates
  • Building and developing candidate and client relationships
  • Generating new business leads for our Business Development team
  • Negotiating offers and supporting onboarding activities
  • Achieving individual and team revenue targets
  • Delivering exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates

About You

  • Proven recruitment experience in any sector
  • Excellent candidate sourcing and assessment skills
  • Strong billing and target achievement track record
  • Strong candidate and client relationship skills
  • Recruitment delivery focused and results driven
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Motivated, resilient and relationship focused
