Interim Finance
Leeds City Centre, Hybrid
£40,000 - £50,000 plus zero-threshold commission
Already billing well but covering too many sectors to build a recognised specialism?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a defined interim finance market within an established Leeds specialist.
You do not need to recruit finance already. Your recruitment ability matters more than the label currently attached to your desk.
Why consider it?
- Earn commission from your first pound billed.
- Receive 10% to 30% of billings.
- Earn £36,000 commission at £200,000 annual billings.
- Build a recognised specialism in a market identified for growth.
- Work behind an established finance brand with existing client relationships.
- Gain credibility from in-house Finance Directors who understand the market.
- Run your desk with autonomy and experienced support around you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
