Milk Education | Liverpool City Centre HQ
Experienced in Education Recruitment and looking for something more?
Maybe you're ready to join a recruitment business with purpose, ambition and a genuine passion for making a difference.
At Milk Education, we're more than just a recruitment agency. We're a growing, independent business with a clear purpose, strong values and a real focus on the people, schools and communities we work with.
As we head into September, we're looking to grow our fantastic recruitment team in Liverpool and have some exciting opportunities across Primary, Secondary and SEND, including a number of warm desks with established relationships and strong foundations to build from.
This means you won't necessarily be starting from scratch. You'll have the opportunity to hit the ground running, develop your market, grow your revenue and put your own stamp on your desk.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about education recruitment and making an impact for schools, but who also brings the drive, fire and hunger to succeed. Someone who wants to build great relationships, make things happen and see just how far they can take their career.
Why Milk Education?
We're a proudly independent education recruitment business doing things differently.
In a short time, we've grown from 4 offices to 9 nationwide, with more than 150 people across the business, and we're still growing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
