London → USA | 2027 Relocation | Uncapped Commission

Tenth Revolution Group is expanding its high-performing Data & Applied AI recruitment teams, and we're looking for ambitious 360 Technology Recruitment Consultants to join us in London before relocating together to the USA in 2027.
This is more than another recruitment role. You'll build your market, grow your earnings and ultimately take your career across the Atlantic.

You'll specialise in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology recruitment, working across the Data & Applied AI market and building expertise in a sector with huge demand and earning potential.
Your opportunity starts in London
You'll spend your first 12 months building your expertise, establishing your market and becoming part of the team from our London office. Then in 2027, you'll relocate to the USA together with the team.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for experienced 360 Technology Recruitment Consultants who:
Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Have 2+ years' experience in a full 360 recruitment role
- Have a proven track record of winning new business
- Can demonstrate a strong billing history
- Are commercially driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential
- Want to specialise in Data & Applied AI
- Are genuinely serious about relocating to the USA in 2027
