Cheshire Solutions is growing quickly, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us and help build our specialist recruitment offering.
We work across engineering, energy, infrastructure, industrial, and technical sectors, providing clients with the people and expertise they need to deliver complex projects and achieve operational performance.
The Role
This is a senior, commercially focused role with genuine autonomy. You'll be responsible for developing client relationships, winning new business, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across primarily permanent staffing-based requirements.

What we're looking for
- Proven recruitment experience at Senior Consultant level or above
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Experience within technical, engineering, energy, infrastructure, or project recruitment
- Excellent candidate sourcing and networking ability
- Commercially driven with a strong track record of delivery
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build something
