What You’ll Be Doing
- Talent Sourcing: Using job boards, social media and our extensive CRM system to find potential candidates for our vacancies
- Conducting Video Interviews: Using the latest tech, you’ll conduct engaging and insightful video interviews, you’ll be the friendly face during their recruitment journey ensuring they have a positive experience
- Delivering Feedback: You’ll provide constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring they leave with a great impression of Vanilla Recruitment and our clients, whether they’re successful or not
- Networking: You’ll love networking and meeting potential clients face to face and via social media, building contacts and collaborations developing your own personal brand and that of Vanilla
- Business Development: You’ll be developing strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their recruitment challenges and providing people solutions

What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment Know-How: You’ll have proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a commercial environment
- People Person: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and can easily build rapport with candidates from all walks of life
- Business Development & Networking: You’ll have previous sales and networking experience and be happy working to realistic KPIs
- Excellent Communicator: Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are top-notch
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You’re great at managing multiple roles and projects ensuring no detail is overlooked
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with social media, video interview platforms and other recruitment tools, as well as being a proficient MS Office user
- Empathetic & Supportive: You understand the candidate's journey and are dedicated to making it as smooth and positive as possible
