JAM Recruitment is a leading global recruitment agency specialising in providing highly skilled professionals across various industries. As part of our next phase of growth we are looking to recruit experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our European Engineering team.
Job Description:
Our European Engineering division operates across Europe to find candidates who deliver engineering excellence and freelance support to some of Europe’s leading technology businesses. Within this role you will be working in a 360-capacity working with new and existing clients to offer best in class recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Securing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and market knowledge.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Previous 360 recruitment experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This position will be working on the European side of the business. This will be working on a hybrid basis from our office in Cheadle and at home (2 to 3 days in the office).
