About Zenevo

Zenovo is a specialist recruitment business connecting experts across Embedded Systems, Electronics, IoT and Software Engineering.

We work with start-ups, SMEs and large corporates across the UK, Europe and the US, providing specialist recruitment solutions across both contract and permanent hiring. Our reputation has been built on industry knowledge, strong relationships and delivering a genuinely consultative service to both clients and candidates.

Our values are simple:

  • Energy
  • Credibility
  • Integrity

We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our growing US contract division through proactive BD and full-desk delivery.

The Role

Build and own a high-value US contract desk: win clients, qualify opportunities, place contractors and grow accounts.

You'll have the autonomy that comes with being remotely based (in the UK), together with the responsibility to build your own US market, create relationships and deliver results. You will also attend monthly in-office work days to collaborate, share market insight and maintain strong team alignment.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Spearhead growth of the US contract division.
  • Win new clients through focused outbound BD.
  • Build relationships with technical hiring leaders.
  • Own the full 360 process—from prospecting to placement and account growth.
  • Turn new wins into repeat, multi-hire accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
