Furza is growing, and following the successful launch of Furza Talent, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in building our senior talent division.
Furza Talent specialises in identifying and placing experienced go-to-market and revenue leaders into fast-growth and private equity-backed businesses. Our searches include senior Sales, Business Development, Leadership positions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who wants to move away from traditional, transactional recruitment and business development, and work on high-value senior recruitment with some of the UK's most exciting technology businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing experienced Sales professionals through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and proactive headhunting
- Building and maintaining a strong network of senior commercial candidates
- Mapping markets and identifying passive candidates who aren't actively looking
- Conducting detailed candidate qualification and market mapping
- Understanding senior-level career motivations, achievements and commercial capability
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Working closely with clients to understand the role, business strategy and ideal candidate profile
- Producing high-quality shortlists rather than simply sending CVs
- Supporting interviews, offers and successful placements
- Developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients
The role is predominantly candidate-focused, giving you the opportunity to specialise in delivery and talent acquisition rather than being driven by traditional business development activity.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years' recruitment experience who is ready for their next step. You'll ideally be:
- Experienced in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition
- Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
- Excellent at building genuine candidate relationships
- Organised and able to manage multiple senior-level searches
- Curious and interested in understanding people's careers and motivations
- Resilient, ambitious and target-driven
- Comfortable speaking with experienced professionals and senior stakeholders
- Looking for an environment where you can make an impact and help build something
