Senior HR Recruitment Consultant | HR, Reward & Talent
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000–£50,000 + commission + benefits
Job Title: Senior HR Recruitment Consultant / HR Recruiter / Talent Recruitment Consultant
C&C Search is hiring an experienced Senior HR Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist HR, Reward & Talent recruitment practice. This is a brilliant opportunity for a proven recruiter who wants more ownership, more influence and the chance to help build the next stage of a growing specialist division. You’ll work across mid-to-senior HR and Talent recruitment, managing your own client portfolio, winning new business and delivering high-quality searches from briefing through to placement. You’ll also have a genuine voice in the future growth, positioning and commercial strategy of the practice.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end HR and Talent recruitment assignments
- Recruiting across mid-to-senior and complex HR roles
- Developing and owning your own client portfolio
- Building relationships with senior HR and business leaders
- Winning new recruitment mandates and developing repeat business
- Leading market mapping, candidate search and assessment
- Using market intelligence to create commercially relevant client conversations
- Contributing to BD strategy, market positioning and practice growth
- Supporting and mentoring more junior recruiters as the team grows

What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have around recruitment experience, preferably within HR and/or Talent although we are also open to someone that is keen to move into this area, alongside a demonstrable billing track record. You’ll be confident managing clients independently, developing new business and working with senior stakeholders. We’re particularly interested in recruiters who are commercially ambitious but care deeply about quality, relationships and candidate experience.

Package includes:
- £35,000–£50,000 base salary
