About Teem
Teem is a specialist GTM recruitment partner working with some of the fastest growing AI and SaaS companies in the world, including the likes of Legora, Snowflake, and Profound.
Following successful expansion into North America, we’ve spent the last year building our Manchester team to expand our UK footprint.
The Opportunity
- Clear opportunity to progress into leadership as the Manchester team grows.
- Take ownership of established, high value accounts. No need to rely on cold business development to build your desk.
- Work with some of the fastest growing AI and SaaS companies globally.
- 90% of our clients come inbound (e.g. through our VC partners), with the majority being exclusive or retained.
- Average fees of £25k+, with £50k+ fees not uncommon.
- No commission threshold, and 40% kickers once you hit your annual target.

- Track record of success in a recruitment or sales role.
- High agency – you take accountability and make things happen.
