Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant – Technology (Cloud, AI, Data, Security, Networking & Infrastructure)
Location: Remote (UK-based), with monthly team meet-ups in Exeter
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission
Employment type: Full time, permanent

Set2Recruit is a specialist technology recruitment business. We partner with MSPs and technology companies across the UK, Ireland, Middle East and US, placing technical, commercial and leadership talent. We're growing and looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and lead their own desk.
The role
This is an opportunity for an established 360 tech recruiter to build a desk in their area of expertise: cloud, data, security, networking or infrastructure. You'll bring your network, and we'll give you the platform, the support and the freedom to grow it into a high-billing desk. This is a fully remote role, and the whole team meets up in Exeter once a month to collaborate, share ideas and celebrate wins.

Key responsibilities
- Build and grow a 360 desk in your chosen tech specialism
- Win new business and develop long-term client partnerships
- Manage the full recruitment process, from taking briefs through to offer and placement
- Headhunt and build strong talent pools in your market
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients on market trends, salaries and hiring strategy
- Hit and exceed billing targets and KPIs
- Represent Set2Recruit at industry events and across your network
What we're looking for
- 3+ years' 360 tech recruitment experience (essential)
- An established network in cloud, data, security, networking or infrastructure
- A proven track record of billing and winning new business
- Self-motivation and the ambition to build and own a desk
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
