- Base Salary = £35,000 - £50,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

The Role:
You'll take ownership of a niche patch, build out your own client and talent networks, and have the freedom to run it like your own business - underpinned by 20 years of established relationships, global infrastructure, and a support network that does the groundwork so you don't have to.
- Global Reach - operating across 40+ countries, placing talent into contract, permanent, and project roles throughout the tech ecosystem

What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning Your Desk - identifying, winning, and growing your own client base with minimal oversight
- Building a Network - sourcing, qualifying, and placing in-demand specialists at pace, with two decades of existing relationships to open doors
- Driving Growth - developing long-term client and candidate relationships that compound over time
- Setting the Standard - hitting and exceeding targets in a high-performance, low-red-tape environment
Who Thrives Here:
- 1+ years' recruitment experience with a proven billing track record - Technology preferred but open to strong performers from other markets
