Senior Recruitment Consultant

The Role:

You'll take ownership of a niche patch, build out your own client and talent networks, and have the freedom to run it like your own business - underpinned by 20 years of established relationships, global infrastructure, and a support network that does the groundwork so you don't have to.

  • Global Reach - operating across 40+ countries, placing talent into contract, permanent, and project roles throughout the tech ecosystem

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Owning Your Desk - identifying, winning, and growing your own client base with minimal oversight
  • Building a Network - sourcing, qualifying, and placing in-demand specialists at pace, with two decades of existing relationships to open doors
  • Driving Growth - developing long-term client and candidate relationships that compound over time
  • Setting the Standard - hitting and exceeding targets in a high-performance, low-red-tape environment

Who Thrives Here:

  • 1+ years' recruitment experience with a proven billing track record - Technology preferred but open to strong performers from other markets
  • You want more autonomy and ownership, not more oversight - but you're not against having a strong team behind you
  • You're commercially sharp, resilient, and used to backing your own judgment
