Senior Recruitment Consultant – Professional Services Tax
London | Hybrid | Excellent Commission Structure
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to move into a genuinely specialist, high-performing market?
We’re working with one of the most established and respected specialist recruitment businesses operating within the Professional Services sector.
They have built an outstanding reputation within Tax recruitment, working with many of the UK’s Top 100 accounting firms and operating at the premium end of the market. The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise within the Professional Services Tax market, developing relationships with senior-level candidates and some of the UK’s leading accountancy firms.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and managing relationships with senior decision-makers across the Professional Services market
- Building a strong network of high-calibre Tax professionals
- Winning new business and developing existing client relationships
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer and placement
- Working on senior and specialist appointments with significant fee values
- Becoming a genuine specialist and trusted advisor within your market

Who are we looking for?
We’re particularly interested in experienced recruiters who have operated in a specialist, professional market.
Your background could include:
- Tax recruitment
- Financial Services recruitment
- Executive Search
- Professional Services recruitment
- High-level / specialist search
You don’t necessarily need direct Tax recruitment experience. What matters most is that you have a strong track record of winning business, building relationships and delivering at a high level.
We’re looking for commercially driven recruiters who are ambitious, competitive and motivated by building a successful career in a specialist market.
