Senior Recruitment Consultant - Wealth Management

Manchester - £35,000-£45,000
Transparent monthly commission scheme paying up to 30%

Still building a cold desk?

Spending more time winning business than actually recruiting?

Recruiting across multiple markets but never becoming known for one?

It doesn't have to stay that way.

I'm working with a specialist recruitment business that's been established since 2009, building long-standing relationships across the Wealth Management market.

They're looking to add another recruiter to a team of five working alongside a Director who's spent years developing an established client base and trusted relationships across the sector.

This isn't a cold desk.

You'll inherit live vacancies, work with existing client relationships and have the opportunity to earn commission whilst building your own portfolio and reputation within a specialist market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You don't need Wealth Management recruitment experience.

If you're currently recruiting across Commercial, Office Support, Professional Services, Financial Services or another generalist market and want to become known for one specialist sector rather than spreading yourself across several, this is exactly the kind of move they're looking to support.

They're far more interested in the recruiter than the sector you've recruited into so far.

Just as importantly, the business has a proven track record of developing recruiters.

One of the Directors joined as a Senior Recruiter with no previous Wealth Management recruitment experience and progressed into the leadership team.

Another consultant had never billed more than £100,000 before joining and billed over £220,000 in her first full year with the business.

  • Become a recognised Wealth Management specialist.
  • Established client base and live vacancies from day one.
  • Transparent monthly commission scheme paying up to 30%, paid monthly on invoiced billings.
  • Hybrid working following probation.
  • Learn from recruiters who've progressed from consultant to leadership.

They're not looking for someone who's already billing £400,000 a year.

They're looking for an ambitious recruiter with around two years' recruitment experience who's good at what they do, knows they're capable of more and wants the coaching, support and opportunity to prove it.

If you're ready to stop covering everything and start becoming known for something, I'd love to have a confidential conversation. Drop me a message and I'll happily talk you through the team, the desk and whether it could be the right move for you.
