About Tarino

Tarino connects high-performing Philippine professionals with Australian professional services firms. We work with mortgage brokers, accountants, financial planners, legal practices and real estate agencies, placing the kind of talent that becomes a core part of their team.

Our model is simple and different. One placement fee, no ongoing markups, no middleman skimming a cut of someone's salary every month. Founded by an MPA Top 100 mortgage broker, we understand our clients' industries from the inside, which is exactly why our placements stick.

We are scaling fast, and we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own the recruitment process end to end and help us grow.

The Role

You will run the full recruitment cycle for our Australian clients, from taking the brief through to a placed candidate who lasts. That means understanding what each client actually needs, sourcing strong Philippine talent, screening hard, and presenting shortlists clients can hire from with confidence.

You will work closely with the founder and the wider Tarino team, with real ownership over your roles and real impact on the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
