Ever wanted to recruit for some of the biggest names in automotive and motorsport?
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take over an established, high-performing desk within our Mobility Division at Matchtech.
This is a rare opportunity to inherit a warm desk with an existing contractor base, recurring revenue, and relationships with some of the most recognised brands in the industry, including:

- 🏎️ Alpine Racing
- 🏎️ Gordon Murray Group
- 🏎️ Racing Bulls
- ⚙️ Ricardo
- 🔋 Fortescue Zero
You'll be recruiting skilled manufacturing and engineering professionals across advanced manufacturing, electrification, motorsport and performance automotive sectors, supporting cutting-edge projects shaping the future of mobility.

- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Build relationships with existing customers and contractors
- Develop new business across automotive and motorsport manufacturing
- Source and place specialist engineering and manufacturing talent
- Build your reputation as a market expert within the sector
