Senior / Principal Technology Recruitment Consultant
UK Wide | £40,000–£45,000 Basic + 15–20% Commission | No Threshold
EW Recruitment Services are currently working with a growing global technology recruitment business that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant.
This is an opportunity for an established 360 Technology Recruiter who is commercially driven, enjoys winning new business and wants genuine autonomy to build and develop their own desk.
The Role
The business recruits across the wider technology market rather than being restricted to a single niche, with access to a strong network of existing technology clients and warm opportunities. However, this isn't an account-management role. They're looking for a true hunter who can identify opportunities, win new clients and build long-term relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
