Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Havant
Salary: Depending on experience
Commission: Uncapped commission – up to 20%
Experience required: Minimum three years’ recruitment experience
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for greater autonomy, genuine career progression and the opportunity to develop your own market?
Kingdom People Professional Services is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent recruitment division in Havant. We are open to applicants at different levels, from an established Consultant looking for their next step through to an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant.
This is a 360 recruitment role where you will take ownership of your desk, build lasting client relationships and manage the full recruitment process. You will join a supportive and collaborative team where quality, communication and doing recruitment the right way are at the heart of what we do.

You will be responsible for developing and managing a successful permanent recruitment desk. Whether you already have an established specialism or are ready to develop a new market, you will have the freedom and support to grow your area.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing new business through targeted calls, meetings, networking and relationship building
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying recruitment opportunities and gaining a detailed understanding of each vacancy
- Creating engaging and effective job adverts
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and proactive searches
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates to understand their experience, motivations and career goals
- Preparing detailed candidate profiles and presenting suitable shortlists to clients
- Managing interviews, offers, negotiations and candidate onboarding
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the process
- Developing a strong understanding of your chosen market and providing clients with informed recruitment advice
- Working towards agreed activity, revenue and business-development targets
- Keeping candidate and client information accurate and up to date on the CRM
- Representing Kingdom People professionally and delivering a high-quality, consultative service

What do you need?
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- A minimum of three years’ recruitment experience
- Experience working within a 360 recruitment environment
- A proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business
- Experience managing the complete recruitment process
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- A confident, proactive and commercially focused approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
- A commitment to providing an honest, transparent and high-quality service
- Previous permanent recruitment experience would be beneficial
