Principal Recruitment Consultant

Technology Recruitment - Perm

Bristol (Hybrid Working)

£35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Annual Bonus

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing specialist recruitment business with an excellent reputation across the Technology and Business Change markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking for greater autonomy, a mature working environment, and the chance to genuinely influence the future growth of a Permanent recruitment team.

You'll inherit an established client base but will also have to lead from the front and develop your own market and build long-term client relationships.

This role offers genuine progression, with the opportunity to develop into a leadership position as the permanent division continues to grow.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent Digital, Data, and Technology appointments, including:

  • Developing and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Winning new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Recruiting across Digital, Data, and Technology markets.
  • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management.
  • Building talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates.
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the permanent recruitment division.

About You

We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys building relationships and developing business.

You must have:

  • Previous experience within Digital, Data, or Technology recruitment.
  • A strong track record of business development and account management.
  • Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process.
  • A consistent billing history (typically £120k+ GP annually, although individual circumstances will be considered).
  • A consultative, relationship-led approach.
  • The confidence to work autonomously whilst contributing positively to a collaborative team.

Salary & Commission

  • £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
  • Uncapped commission up to 35%.
  • Annual performance bonus.
