Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Warrington
📍 Warrington
💰 Basic salary dependent on experience + commission up to 25%
Want to help build a new Warrington office with established clients already in place?
I’m working with an established recruitment business expanding into Warrington, and they’re looking for an experienced consultant to be one of the first two hires.
You’ll take ownership of a warm desk within white collar Construction, Engineering or Facilities Management, recruiting across contract and permanent roles.
They already have major clients in Warrington and the surrounding area, with established PSL relationships, client contacts and business being passed across from London to support the launch.

- An experienced 360 recruiter within Construction, Engineering, FM or a related white collar market.
- A track record of billing, developing accounts and winning business.
- Someone sociable and confident who enjoys getting out to meet clients.
- A consultant who places real importance on building relationships face to face, through regular client visits and networking.
- Someone self-motivated who wants to help grow a new office and take on more responsibility over time.

Face-to-face client relationships are a big part of how this business operates. They want someone who enjoys spending time with clients, getting to know their businesses and becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
Contract / freelance experience would be useful, but permanent consultants with some temp exposure will also be considered.
