Senior Recruitment Consultant - Cybersecurity + SaaS
Brighton | Hybrid to Fully Remote Available

This is an opportunity to join a specialist search firm partnering with SaaS companies and digital consultancies across North America, EMEA, and APAC - from VC/PE-backed ventures and rapidly scaling startups through to major global technology brands.
You'll join an established Cybersecurity practice, with the opportunity to leverage existing expertise and relationships while developing your own client base internationally.
The Market
Cybersecurity remains one of the most business-critical areas of technology.
You'll partner with cybersecurity vendors ranging from disruptive startups securing their first major funding rounds through to established global brands, helping them build the leadership and specialist teams required to scale.
Searches span:
- C-Suite, SVP, VP & Director appointments

The Opportunity
This is a genuine 360 role with plenty of scope to make the desk your own.
You'll develop new client relationships, win search assignments, and manage recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement.
The business operates across both Search and Scale hiring - combining high-value executive search with larger multi-hire projects for technology companies experiencing rapid growth.
You'll work alongside an experienced cybersecurity search specialist with an established international network, while having the autonomy to build your own relationships and revenue.
Who They're Looking For
- Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants
- Technology or Cybersecurity recruitment experience is ideal, but recruiters from any market will be considered
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Comfortable generating new business and winning work
- Commercial, entrepreneurial, and relationship-led
- Someone looking for genuine long-term ownership rather than simply their next recruitment job
