Senior Recruitment Consultant, Data & AI
£45,000 to £55,000 basic
Fully remote within the UK
Monthly commission up to 30%, with no threshold
Top biller generated £440k last year
Experienced in Data and AI recruitment but want more freedom to develop your market properly?
You will take ownership of a specialist market spanning Data, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics and Data Platforms.
The business has recruited within enterprise technology for more than 25 years, with established relationships across Financial Services, Insurance and Retail. You will have that reputation behind you, without being boxed into a narrow patch or weighed down by excessive KPIs.
What you will get
- £45,000 to £55,000 basic salary.

What you will be doing
- Developing new and existing client relationships.
- Building a specialist Data and AI recruitment market.
- Recruiting experienced talent across AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Platforms and Data Governance.
- Managing the full recruitment process from business development through to placement.
- Becoming a recognised recruiter within your chosen specialism.
What they are looking for
- Agency recruitment experience within Data, AI, Analytics or Machine Learning.
- A genuine track record in 360 recruitment.
- Evidence that you can win, develop and retain client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of your market.
- The judgement and discipline needed to work autonomously.
This is not a delivery position or an internal talent role.
It is an opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter to own a market, work remotely and earn commission from the first pound billed.
