We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help shape and grow our Data & AI offering. While this is an opportunity to build your own market presence and specialist brand, you won't be starting from scratch. You'll have the backing of an established customer base within Matchtech, access to long-standing client relationships, and the opportunity to identify and create Data & AI opportunities across existing accounts. Combined with the freedom to recruit across both contract and permanent markets, this role offers the perfect blend of entrepreneurial spirit and commercial support.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who wants to establish themselves in a market that continues to grow, innovate and attract significant investment, while benefiting from the strength, reputation and network of a well-established business.
