International 360 Recruiter - Data Centres & Life Sciences (Nordics)
An international staffing group working across engineering and energy needs a 360 recruiter to take over a contract desk covering data centres and life sciences in the Nordics. This is a replacement role, so the desk is already producing. Your job is to keep it billing and grow it by winning new business yourself.
You will sit next to the company's top biller, so you will learn from one of the best in the business.

What you need

- An agency recruiter who has run a 360 desk and won their own clients.
- A background in white collar engineering, life sciences, data centres, or energy is ideal.
- If you come from another sector but can show strong business development, they will still want to talk to you and will cross train you.
What you get
- Basic up to £50K, with commission from 10% and no threshold.
- Earnings well over £60K once you are up and running.
- Four days in the office and one from home, with an early finish on Fridays.
