GEDON™ is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop our growing Design, Engineering, BIM & Architecture specialism across Ireland and Europe.
The opportunity has emerged organically from the work we already do. GEDON has developed an extensive network across Commercial and Project Delivery appointments, supporting specialist subcontractors, engineering businesses, international contractors and global Project & Cost Advisory organisations.
Increasingly, those same businesses need help securing the technical professionals responsible for designing, coordinating and engineering the projects we already recruit across. The relationships exist. The sectors exist. The demand exists. We now want someone to build the specialism around them.
The Opportunity
You will develop a specialist network across Design, Engineering, BIM, Digital Construction and Architecture. Depending on your existing expertise, that could include electrical and mechanical engineering, civil and structural disciplines, design management, BIM, digital delivery and architecture.

You will work across both the Irish and European markets, giving you considerably more scope than a traditional domestic recruitment desk.
- Manage and develop existing client relationships
- Build relationships with new organisations across Ireland and Europe
- Identify hiring requirements and secure assignments
- Develop specialist technical candidate networks
- Manage recruitment processes from initial introduction through to acceptance
- Work directly with senior candidates and key decision-makers
- Become a recognised specialist within your chosen technical markets
- Contribute directly to the continued growth of GEDON
The Market

You will have the opportunity to work across Ireland, the Nordics, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Italy and wider Europe. These are markets in which GEDON is already developing relationships and delivering work.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who understands technical recruitment within construction, engineering, architecture or the wider built environment. You do not need experience across every discipline or European country, but you do need to understand how to build a specialist market.
