Thamesmead | South East London & Kent Territory
£30,000 - £38,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Profit Share + Career Progression

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Thamesmead team and take ownership of a thriving geographical patch covering South East London and Kent.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a natural hunter, someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business. You'll inherit a strong platform, benefit from an established brand, receive support from a highly experienced team, and have the freedom to develop your own market across South East London and Kent. What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Building and managing relationships with clients across industrial and commercial sectors
- Conducting face-to-face client meetings throughout South East London and Kent
- Identifying opportunities for temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Building talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to your clients
- Driving growth through consistent business development and account management activity
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment, sales, business development, or account management experience
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong commercial awareness and a competitive mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for sales and developing new business
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
