Opportunity
Off the back of high client demand, we are actively looking for a recruiter to join our London team. You will have experience in the FinTech, Technology, or Financial Services markets and be super organised, tenacious, and passionate. You will work with key clients to deliver quality, speed, and execution across specialist technology and FinTech searches.

What You Will Be Doing
- Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales, and recruiting
- Create and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers across technology and FinTech
- Leveraging the firm's existing relationships to map out your own specialist market focus
- Build genuine relationships with some of the biggest names in the FinTech and technology space to create long-lasting business relationships
What You Bring
- Knowledge and interest in the latest FinTech and technology markets
- 2 years+ recruitment experience (experience recruiting into FinTech, Technology, or Financial Services is desirable)
- You are a competitive and tenacious individual driven to succeed, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
- Highly motivated, with examples of ambition and resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
