Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tax, Tech, Legal | Fully Remote

We're a forward-thinking, ambitious business, and as we expand our global footprint, we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive that growth.
The role
This is a fully remote opportunity to join AVTR Recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement — while working with clients on a genuinely global scale.

What you'll be doing
- Building and growing your own client portfolio, leading meetings and pitching AVTR's services
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the full recruitment cycle
- Demonstrating expert market knowledge within tax, tech and legal recruitment
- Representing AVTR at industry events and networking opportunities
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
- Driving revenue growth within your specialism
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within tax, tech, or legal
- A proven billing track record and strong business development skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and candidates across international markets
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
- Ambition to grow with a company that's genuinely scaling
